The WHEELER-REX Hydraulic Pipe Cutter (MPN 2990-12) is a pipe cutter designed for cast iron pipes with a minimum cutting capacity of 2 in and a maximum of 12 in. It operates with a hand pump and supports a maximum pressure of 9,000 psi.
