The WHEELER-REX Hydraulic Pipe Cutter (MPN 2990-8) is a pipe cutter designed for cutting cast iron, concrete, and tile with a minimum pipe size of 2 in and a maximum of 8 in. It operates at a maximum pressure of 9,000 psi and includes a hose for hydraulic connection.
