Shipping Policy

3G Electric (S) Pte. Ltd. ships industrial equipment worldwide from our Singapore headquarters.

Shipping to the Philippines

  • Lead time: 5–8 business days door-to-door; Bureau of Customs clearance typically 2–4 business days.
  • Major destinations served: Manila, Quezon City, Cebu, Davao, Batangas
  • Invoicing & payment: Invoicing in PHP or USD. Bank transfer and corporate PO accepted.
  • 3G Electric prepares export documentation from our Singapore headquarters; unless otherwise quoted, the consignee is responsible for import duties and taxes at destination.

1. Domestic Shipping (Singapore — HQ)

  • Standard delivery: 3–7 business days for in-stock items
  • Express delivery: 1–2 business days (subject to availability and additional charges)
  • Free shipping on qualifying orders — contact your sales representative for details

2. International Shipping

  • Available to Southeast Asia, Middle East, and other regions
  • Shipping method (air freight, sea freight, courier) determined based on product size, weight, and destination
  • Transit times: 3–14 business days depending on destination and shipping method
  • Customer is responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs clearance charges at destination

3. Made-to-Order & Special Items

Some products are manufactured to order in Italy, France, or Germany. Lead times for made-to-order items are typically 8–16 weeks from order confirmation. We will confirm the estimated delivery timeline when you place your order.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can also track your order status through your customer portal.
