The GASTEC Detector Tube (MPN 138L) is a methylene chloride (CH2Cl2) gas detection tube, supplied in a 5-pack for use with GASTEC GV-100 and GV-110 pumps. How to use the GASTEC 138L tube with a GV-100 pump?

Break both tips of the GASTEC 138L tube using the tip breaker on the GV-100 pump. Insert the tube into the pump inlet with the arrow pointing toward the pump. Pull the handle fully to draw 100 mL of air. Read the concentration directly from the tube scale at the stain boundary.
