The 3M Splice Kit (MPN 7000031844) is a molded resin pouch and refill product containing a 21.5 oz closed mixing pouch of flame-retardant polyurethane insulating resin. Designed for coating cable jackets when splicing or repairing mine and portable cables, it is rated for a maximum voltage of 1 kV.
