The 3M Splice Kit (MPN 31189) is a molded resin pouch and refill product containing a 3.5 oz semi-flexible polyurethane resin compound. Supplied in a closed mixing pouch, this 1 kV max volt kit features a resin with good wetting and impregnating properties for easy infusion on almost any surface.
