Switching between low and high modes is assured by an integral Consult your Suntec representative)\nsolenoid valve. AP : Pump for two mode operation (one nozzle\n line and two pressure modes) without cut-off\nCOMPATIBILITY 2 : Standard model\n\n- Domestic oil, HVO, B100 (biofuel blend with the addition up to 100% FAME, as V : B100 applications\ndefined in DIN SPEC 51603-6 and EN 14214), kerosene.\n Gear set capacity\n- Two firing rates (with a sole nozzle line). Shaft rotation\n- System with in-line solenoid valve for cut-off. and nozzle location\n (seen from shaft end)\n A : clockwise rotation\nPUMP OPERATING PRINCIPLE right hand nozzle.\n B : clockwise rotation\nThe gear set draws oil from the tank through the built-in filter and transfers it to left hand nozzle.\nthe nozzle line. Pressure regulation is assured by two spool valves, one for each C : anti clockwise rotation\n left hand nozzle.\npressure mode. D : anti clockwise rotation\nSwitching between low and high pressure is assured by a \"normally open\" by-pass right hand nozzle.\nsolenoid valve. When this solenoid is non-activated, a by-pass channel is open, K : Kerosene applications\nallowing the normal functioning of the low pressure valve which sets the nozzle Pump series\npressure. When this solenoid is activated, the by-pass channel is closed, thus 5 : hub Ø 32 mm\npressure will build up on both sides of the low pressure valve eliminating its effect, Model number\nand the high pressure valve now determines the nozzle pressure. AP 2 V 45 C K 9 5 xx 4 P 07 00\n\n Revision number\nIn two pipe operation, the by-pass plug must be fitted in the return port, which\nensures that the oil dumped by the regulating valves is returned to the tank and the Installation\nsuction line flow is equal to the gear set capacity. Bleeding in two pipe operation is P : by-pass plug installed\n for two-pipe operation\nautomatic (it is assured by a bleed flat on the pistons), but it may be accelerated M : without by-pass plug,\nby opening a pressure port. return plugged, for one-pipe operation\n\n Solenoid coil voltage\nIn one pipe operation, the by-pass plug must be removed, and the return plugged. 05/07 : 220 - 240 V AC ; 50/60 Hz\nOil which is not required at the nozzle is returned directly to the gear inlet via the 06 : 110-120 V AC ; 50/60 Hz\n 02 : 24 V AC ; 50/60 Hz\npressure regulating valves, and the suction line flow is equal to the nozzle flow.\nA pressure port must be opened to bleed the system.
