The Siemens Locking Device (MPN ECQLD3) is a circuit breaker lock and padlock accessory designed for use with Siemens QP, BL, BQ, and BQXD circuit breakers. This locking device provides a means to secure the breaker handle in the off position, supporting lockout/tagout procedures for maintenance safety.
