The MEPCO Steam Trap Disc (MPN C5940) is a thermostatic cap and disc assembly designed for use with the MEPCO 1E series, including the Mepco Dunham Bush 1E model. This replacement disc is compatible with the MEPCO 1E compatible manufacturer model number and compatible series.

Steam distribution systems — MEPCO IB series inverted-bucket traps for condensate removal in low-pressure mains
Process heating — MEPCO 44 series float and thermostatic traps for constant-load applications up to 75 psi
HVAC steam coils — MEPCO inverted-bucket traps with 3/4-inch FNPT connections for moderate-capacity drainage
Industrial steam tracing — MEPCO IB00-2-150G traps for small-diameter lines at 150 psi
Maintenance and repair — MEPCO C5940 thermostatic disc assemblies for rebuilding 1E series traps
