To install the MEM-CO barbed elbow, apply thread sealant to the 1/8 in MNPT end and tighten into the female port. Push the 1/16 in ID tube fully onto the beaded barb until seated. For secure retention, use a hose clamp on the barb if pressure exceeds 1.5 bar. Avoid overtightening the brass threads.
