The Johnson Controls T-4000-3141 is a white plastic pneumatic thermostat cover designed for horizontal mounting on Johnson Controls T-4000 series thermostats. It includes a cover with a setpoint window and logo, serving as a replacement or upgrade accessory for compatible T-4000 models.

Supplied to the Philippines — compatible with 60 Hz installations. DHL Express delivery to Manila, Quezon City, Cebu, customs and duties handled door-to-door.
