The IDEAL 33-864 Tone and Probe Kit is a tone generator and speaker probe kit for voice and data cables. It includes a carrying case, speaker probe, tone generator with 3 tone settings, and 12 adapters with alligator clips. The kit operates on 9V DC and provides analog sound-based tone generation for twisted-pair cable testing, with split-pair wire mapping detection.
