The HDE Voltmeter Proof Tester (MPN PT-5000B) is a high-voltage proof tester with a maximum DC output of 5,000 V. This unit operates on 50 Hz/60 Hz power, is lightweight, and features no display. It is designed for DC voltage testing applications.
