The HARRIS High Purity Gas Regulator: Single Stage (MPN KH1075) is a high-purity air and inert gas regulator with a CGA 540 inlet and a 1/4" tube outlet. It features a 316L stainless steel diaphragm and is rated for 125 psig. This single-stage regulator is designed for oxygen service.
