INTRODUCTION:
The vacuum gauge is an instrument for measuring the vacuum
degree of the system, distinguishing the merits and demerits of
the vacuum pump, vacuum leak detection and so on. In the
vacuum operation, it is necessary to judge whether the air
tightness of the vacuum pump is up to the standard, otherwise
the air, moisture, smoke, impurities and other impurities in the
system cannot be discharged. Therefore, vacuum gauge is
widely used in vacuum pump manufacturing, refrigeration,
military, metallurgy and other industries.
19S5ZH* brand WK-VG89 vacuum gauge adopts intelligent
control system and pirani professional vacuum sensor,
measuring range from atmospheric pressure of about 100kPa
to the limit vacuum (0.1pa), you can clearly see the whole
process of vacuum pumping.

FULL SCALE CORRECTION
In the_state of starting up in the atmospheric environment, long
press[@, the screen would display "CALI" to correct the vacuum
gauge fullness (Note: the altitude, climate and other factors
affect the timely correction).

IMPORTANT NOTES REGARDING VACUUM LEAK TEST
When detecting system leaks under high vacuum (less than
1000 microns), connect the gauge directly to the system. If
additional connections are required, use copper tubes (do not
use rubber tubes) and high vacuum shut-off valves. Standard
charging hoses and shut-off values of manifold gauge sets
may leak a small amount under high vacuum conditions. When
the high vacuum test is initiated, the gauge count may ‘drift’
until the system is balanced. After a brief stabilization period
(5 minutes), the vacuum reading would go stable. Continued
‘drift’ vacuum readings may indicate a leak in the system.
WARNING!! Do not turn off the vacuum pump until the gauge
is disconnected from the system. Otherwise high pressure
may be generated in the system and oil may enter the sensor
chamber.
CLEANING SENSOR
Observe the gasket after each vacuum measurement. If oil is
found, there may be oil in the sensor chamber. Follow these
steps:
1.Disconnect the sensor compartment from the socket.
2.Remove the washer and pressure reducer from the
assembly and clean it.
3.Clean the gasket, clean the sensor chamber with acetone,
wash repeatedly until the oil is completely removed, and all
parts are allowed to dry for 2 to 4 hours and volatilize.
4.Reassemble the parts and test the vacuum gauge.
NO DISPLAY
Check battery and electrode.
WARNINGS
Please wear goggles and gloves.
Keep in a dry place, do not let moisture enter the vacuum
gauge.
