The BROAN Motion Sensor: Occupancy (SKU 55VF98, MPN MS100W) is a hard-wired, passive infrared (PIR) occupancy sensor designed for fluorescent, incandescent, and LED loads. It operates at 120 to 277V AC, requires a neutral wire, and includes an integrated nightlight. This Broan-branded sensor provides automatic lighting control based on occupancy detection.
