The BALDOR CEM3611T is a C-Face 3-Phase General Purpose AC Motor with a TEFC enclosure. It delivers 3 hp at 1,800 RPM on a 208-230/460V AC supply, drawing 8.4/4.2 A full load current at 60 Hz.
