The 3M 28378 is a replacement platen pad for use with 3M File Belt Sander models 28366, 28367, 33573, and 33575. This part is designed as a direct replacement component for maintaining the functionality of compatible 3M file belt sanders.

Supplied to the Philippines — compatible with 60 Hz installations. DHL Express delivery to Manila, Quezon City, Cebu, customs and duties handled door-to-door.
